POLITICAL correctness about cerebral palsy? Not if you're Laurence Clark.
This English comedian not only makes a living from sending himself up, he also demystifies his condition.
At the end of a Laurence Clark performance, apart from being a bit tired from laughing, one has come to understand some of the travails of his world - and one has become very fond of the man himself.
He has a boyish streak of plain old-fashioned mischief - oh, yes, and evil. One fears he is going to be hard to understand, but he is not.
And, in case you have a problem, he has pictures. Funny pictures. Some are of Heather Mills, that famous "role model" to the disabled.
Just hear Clark on that subject. Indeed, his whole Powerpoint presentation is a hoot. Dare I say it? Laurence Clark is just special. Go hear him
